Commission Structure
As a boutique style brokerage, our goal is to provide fee schedules that reward experience, independence, professionalism, & ethical behavior. Not sales volume. We understand that every year is different for a real estate agent. That is why we created a predictable, flexible & affordable fee schedule & our a la carte services menu, so you can keep as much honey in your wallet as possible.
Transaction fee: Only $150 per transaction. Flat fee. No matter the size.
The Queen (or King) Bee
98% to agent
Available for agents with at least 5 years of experience, at least 30 transactions recorded, and doesn‘t need frequent technical assistance and guidance.
The Worker Bee
81%-97% to agent
Available for agents with at least 1 to 4 years of experience, at least 5 transactions recorded, and may need frequent technical assistance and guidance. Percentage will be agreed upon annually based on individual experience level and guidance needed.
The New-Bee
80% to agent
Available for new agents agents with under 1 years of experience, has under 5 transactions recorded, and needs frequent guidance and technical assistance.

Real Scout platform - $56 per month.
This service is highly recommended for your success. It provides a property search engine for your clients, listing alerts, automatic monthly property value updates for your past clients, and a smart activity dashboard so you can tell which clients are actively looking for property. It also makes it easy to share your new listings across all of your social media pages.
Personalized website and email platform with drive storage - $16 per month.
We will work with you to design your dream website. Any changes and updates needed for your website are done by your request by our marketing guru at no additional charge. *website does not include property search widget - must have Real Scout platform access.
Content Creation $20 per hour
This service includes the creation of marketing videos for your listings and any social media content desired. *agent must provide video and photos.
Email / Text Campaigns - $ prices vary
Choose from a variety of automated or design friendly email / text campaign platforms.
Transaction Coordination - $250 per transaction
This service includes scheduling and coordinating inspections for you, getting disclosures signed by all parties, and contract timeline reminders for you and the other agent.
You can choose your services, keeping your monthly overhead low.
